A Wizard of Mars: The Ninth Book in the Young Wizards Series
Young wizards Kit Rodriguez and Nita Callahan are part of an elite team investigating the mysterious "message in a bottle" that holds clues to the long-lost inhabitants of Mars. But not even wizardry is enough to cope with the strange events that unfold when the "bottle" is uncorked and life emerges once more to shake the Red Planet with its own perilous and baffling brand of magic.
The good news is that the Martians seem friendly. The bad news is that now they’re free to pick up on a long-dormant plan that could change the shape of more than one world—and they don't mind using their well-intentioned rescuers to achieve their goals. Kit’s fascination with all things Martian unexpectedly enmeshes him in a terrible age-old conflict, turning him into both a potential key to its solution and a tool that in the wrong hands threatens the human race.
Only Kit has a shot at defusing the threat. But when he vanishes from the Mars of here and now, his fellow wizards are uncertain where his true loyalties lie. Nita’s determination to find the truth—and Kit—sends her into battle against an implacable enemy who may be conquerable only by violating wizardry’s most basic tenets. As the shadow of interplanetary war stretches ever more darkly over both worlds, Kit and Nita must master the strange and ancient synergy binding them to Mars and its last inhabitants. If they fail, the history that left Mars lifeless will repeat itself on Earth.

Hatti
Dr Rampton was our family practice doctor when I was a kid . he just returned from LDS emergency medical relief in Hatti very recently .
he gave a presentation at the stake center called unimaginable. I sobbed and cried as he talked about wounded children and death and rubble. he talked about how life goes on and how he delivered a baby in a hallway. and parents and children take care of eachother and an organization called helping hands in Hatti that has been around for a long time that focuses on rehiblitation and disabled . Dr Rampton pointed out that people would need care for a long time recovering from amputation.

miram wilson once wrote
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

So this past week I worked 38 hours how any one does that all the time amazes me . I nearly went in insane I spent 15 hours with 2 year olds and 15 hours with five and four your olds the other eight hours were spent giving people their breaks in every age group physically possible from infant on up . I have memorized several doctor Seuss masterpieces including Mr brown can moo, there's a woctkect in my pocket and feet feet feet, plus two other adorable books called tumble bumble and the snowy day.
tumble bumble goes like this
a tiny bug went for a walk he a meet cat and stopped to talk they feel in step and strolled awhile and bumped in to a crocodile.
ect ect
left foot left right foot right high foot low foot feet in the day feet in the night .
I worry all the time about weather or not I am teaching the children correctly and I wonder how I should talk to them how I earn their respect and how they will grow up. Camille goes around singing random lines from seussical and I am trying to remember this one
"a persons a person no matter how small cause a persons a person no matter how small." almost all life lessons can be learned from Dr. Seuss he was very inspired I truly know that .
