Next two weeks prioritizing 
Recognize strengths
Pray for week things to become strong unto me turn to the Lord for guidance  and strength
Priorities  are 
1 meds 
2 follow sleep schedule  
3 daily diet routine eat three meals a day at the correct times. 
4 establish daily homework routines and completion times 
5 write down and reflect daily on blog or journal days events and depression and anxiety levels reflect in positive light.
 6 work prepare for stress find happy attitude and voice. 
7 exercise when outside walk around it is good for you remember that.
